GenEq, towards an equitable future of work

Our approach

GenEq designs research-based solutions to increase equity and meet the diverse needs of women in the workplace.

Our research consistently shows work isn’t working for women.

We provide evidence-based solutions to help organizations support women’s unique challenges at work. We are experts in the mental load, flexible work, future of work skills, gender bias in data and caregivers at work. We bring the latest evidence-based gender equity research to organisations to create a better future of work.

The problem

There are 3.9 billion women in the world, and almost half of them participate in the workforce.

Yet, 80% of women feel burnt out. 1 in 3 working mothers are considering downshifting or dropping out of work altogether. 4 in 10 women experience gender discrimination at work with higher rates for women of colour, varying ability, and who are LGBTQIA+ identifying.

Work isn’t working for women.
